COMMIS — an excellent tool for organizing events of all kinds!

Commis has greatly simplified communication with our employees. It meets all our requirements, and it’s clear that it’s truly developed by people who work or have worked in the hospitality industry.

Not only during the time when hotels and restaurants were closed and employees were at home expecting information from their managers about what was happening and what would happen next, COMMIS proved to be an invaluable tool. Even now, its communication power and impact are evident. It has become an irreplaceable assistant, helping me pass on information and, above all, manage my employees remotely while coordinating their maximum performance. The Commis program has proven very effective for us. Employees use it on a daily basis, and we fully utilize the “Inform Others” and “Tasks” modules. Instead of detailed commands for corporate events and celebrations, we use the notes section directly in the Calendar. At the management level, we’ve grown fond of the Operational Diary. The program simplifies and speeds up information transfer across all departments.

Even though our team is small, COMMIS still saves us a lot of time and money! We track repairs and maintenance, and communicate work-related matters only through the app. No more calling, using WhatsApp that annoyed everyone, or leaving handwritten notes that no one read. A big plus for me: I can easily plan prep tasks for the team, delegate work, or pass information to the next shift — all almost anytime and from anywhere, even when I’m out buying supplies. I recommend it even for smaller teams! The oversight I have now is brilliant. I can truly say that it makes our daily work easier — organizing tasks, tracking results, managing company time, internal communication, and more.

I had the privilege of being present at the very beginning of COMMIS, and from the first moment, the idea excited me. I spent most of my career in hotel management, and I am convinced that poor internal communication at all levels across departments has a direct negative impact on guests, employees, and ultimately on the financial performance of the business.
