The COMMIS system is ready for all devices. It works as an online web application, so you can open it in any browser, where it adapts to the interface. In addition, we also have a native mobile app that can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play.

Contact us and we will present COMMIS to you in person or online, showing you how it already helps others in practice. We will then prepare an individual price offer based on your needs, possibilities, and the number of employees you want to use the app. Note: we offer advantageous package prices for maximum flexibility.

We Prepare Everything Tailored to You

After approving the price offer, license terms, and the data processing agreement, you will fill out a short online form—just like you’re used to from any e-shop. Based on a few details about you and your operation, we will set up COMMIS completely tailored to your needs, and entirely free of charge. There is no activation fee.

The employees you choose will receive their individual login credentials on the day of the training. They work in COMMIS under their own names, whether they use a phone, tablet, or computer. You will have both the mobile app and unlimited access through your web browser. And just like that, you start using COMMIS to the fullest.

Even though our team is small, COMMIS still saves us a lot of time and money! We track repairs and maintenance, and communicate work-related matters only through the app. No more calling, using WhatsApp that annoyed everyone, or leaving handwritten notes that no one read. I had the privilege of being present at the very beginning of COMMIS, and from the first moment, the idea excited me. I spent most of my career in hotel management, and I am convinced that poor internal communication at all levels across departments has a direct negative impact on guests, employees, and ultimately on the financial performance of the business. That’s why I support this project in my free time and recommend it further in our traditionally conservative hospitality industry. In today’s age of innovation, it was about time for a practical product to emerge — one that solves internal communication issues and simplifies everything in the process.

Every day in operations, I kept thinking about how to solve the following situations as efficiently as possible:

Who said what — or didn’t say it? Did the team read and pass on the information? Do they have the latest details about the event? Did I check everything? How can I stay informed when I’m not at the hotel? How can I further reduce operating costs and maximize revenue? How do I connect everyone in one place?

Until now, there was no communication app on the market fully tailored to restaurant and hotel operations that would also be simple, comprehensive, clear, efficient, and affordable for businesses of all sizes. COMMIS is a tool for everyday hospitality operations from A to Z.
